Hunting the Beast: Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Review [GAMINGtruth]

Added: 20.03.2013 5:18 | 0 views | 0 comments

GAMINGtruth editor Greg Bargas goes hunting on the Wii U with "Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate." Words from the review: "Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate really is the ultimate experience. The game proves its worth in content, an HD upgrade, and moderately simpler control design. The game offers an expansive environment for players both experienced and inexperienced in the hunting arts. Hiccups in the camera department leave for some frustrating moments when facing larger enemies, but nothing to shake a stick at. Unless you are fighting with a stick, then, by all means, shake away. New monsters exist to challenge returning players, and new equipment to to keep them enthralled. Online multiplayer provides for future experiences with both Wii U and Nintendo 3DS players."

Virtual Katz Writes: Its that time again, time for the Video Game Verdict, previously known as Buy It, Rent It, Leave It. We are still sticking with the same format, but implementing more than just my opinion to the piece. Which in any case it is always good to have more opinions than less. So, nonetheless, we are back and we are stronger than ever with our Tribunal of opinions on whether you should spend your hard earned money on each weeks offerings. This week we have Gears of War Judgment, Dead or Alive 5 Plus, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for both the 3DS and Wii U, and last but not least Need for Speed: Most Wanted on the Wii U. Before we get to the games though, lets meet our Tribunal. First, we have me of course, Aaron. Followed by Nick, Vivek, Ries, and Phillip. We also have two guests this week Chris (a former writer and host of DualStix podcast that can be found on iTunes), and Ross (Long time gamer and friend of Aarons)
